Policies
Are there any benefits for first-time customers?
Yes, New Clients receive $10.00 off one added service at the time of their 1st appointment with NaHappie Guru.
Deposits and Appointment Scheduling
To Schedule an appointment with NaHappie Guru a Deposit is Required. If a deposit is not paid at the time of booking an appointment you Do Not have an appointment.
***Deposits are Non-Refundable.***
Full Service Salon
Shampoo and Condition is included with all services over $50 at no extra charge.But please note that you can purchase just the shampoo and condition with no style or you can add a Deep condition to any service at an additional cost.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, contact me directly 901-801-4930 within 48 hours of your appointment. In order to reuse your deposit a new appointment must be scheduled within 2 weeks of your original appointment or you forfeit your deposit. (No call, no show is automatically a forfeit of your deposit, plus a $50 reschedule fee.)
